Why aren't law enforcement officials telling you he owns property under an alias name with a different middle initial in New York?

Anthony (Tony) J. Warner is his alias name.

I ran a background check on him and his dealings and this guy is all over the place.

For a self-employed IT person doing basic subcontracting work, he had an amazing portfolio of property and names. Why is the public being kept in the dark?

186 Marlboro Country Rd Hartford, NY 12838 is his NY address according to background searches.

So, why are you being kept in the dark?

What else might there be under the surface and just who is this person really?
