The bulk of my experience with British dialect is from Benny Hill, Monty Python, old movies, and acid trips with Tom Lodge.

Indeed. I fear that the next big international television event will be the pomp and circumstance of a royal funeral and CORONAtion. As a distraction, the death of QEII is good for a week or so. Even better than a new Pope.
