Option 1: They legislatures in question make the Trump slate of electors the appointed slate. This can happen right up to Jan 6th.

Option 2: Pence reads the democrat slate of electors. Then one Senator and one House member can object to a state's slate of electors and then they take two hours (each time) to resolve the dispute. Requires the House and Senate to agree.

Option 3: Pence reads the Republican slate of electors because of the fraud. Then one Senator and one House member can object to a state's slate of electors and then they take two hours (each time) to resolve the dispute. Requires the House and Senate to agree. But this way the dems are on defense and lose.

Option 4: Pence reads the Republican slate of electors because of the fraud and does not allow the objection.

Option 5: Because of the objections, the state's slate of electors is ruled in dispute and not counted. Trump wins the majority of the remaining electors.

Option 6: It gets thrown into the House and Senate to determine. Trump wins in the House (one vote per state) and Pence wins in the Senate.

Option 7. Between now and Jan 6th, the SC rules correctly that the Biden/Harris ticket is disqualified due to voter (election) fraud. Thereby following SC precedent.

I think option 1 and option 3 will happen with option 7 occurring after Jan 6th to add weight to the Jan 6th decision. I think the big Jan 6th protest will turn into a celebration.

It can't be a legislative or SC solution because that will be forever challenged by the ds politicians, media and the world. Plus, it would potentially leave anti-Trump republicans in their cushy seats of wealth and corruption.

Either the military/NG sweep everyone up or a civil war.

Except that the civil war wont happen either. Not to go all Tallest but it just wont happen. The world will attempt to go on like nothing happened. Things will continue to break down further from there and eventually the collapse will happen. But that will be too late for Trump.
