I don't think the Schiff arrest was a legit report though. LA criminal records are NOT online. You must go to the courthouse. And it takes a few days to get from the precinct to the courthouse records. So in this case you would need to obtain the records from the precinct.

Yeah the ages did not match up to the one record, it said the perp was 45 and Schiff is 59-60. And you are correct it takes several days if not longer to enter the arrests into the statewide data base. All we have is one tweet from a chick that says she saw it happen. That is hard to verify one way or the other.
