With the lighting being so bright, I would not put this past directed energy weapons. They were used in Beirut and for 9/11 and other jobs. The rims of the cars on the street being melted into the asphalt is a sure sign of DEW. This may have been a hit job to take out an underground facility there.
It could have been black hats NSA trying to cover their tracks, or white hats clearing something out of that area. Does seem like a black hat job. Very 'batman' esque.
Aye aye, and it was reported that Beirut was an alliance job to clean out the tunnels there. Could this be a white hat operation? I would doubt with the RV and all the ploy involved. It sounds like NSA trying to cover their tracks.
I once worked for AT&T as a contractor. The runnels there are access to trunk lines. Those are the main feed lines. And connection points.
It sounds like white hats wanting to look like black hats.
