Trump ordered declass several years ago but all the alphabet agencies stonewalled the release due to any number of lame and false national security excuses. I really do not see that situation changing. I do feel there is mutiny within the WH. But, the extent is hard to gauge. Career swamp rats are trying to save themselves from what they are perceiving to be a sinking ship - just like the fair weather Republicans publically abandoning Trump.
