I am certainly not surprised. Business as usual. Completely broken, dysfunctional, and corrupt. All those alphabet agencies need to be scraped. It is not just the people on the top of the command structure, but a systemic atmosphere of corruption that begins with initial training. The corruption is baked into the cake.
Unfortunately - birds of a feather..... pretty tough to pick out the ones who aren't corrupt.
Exactly. What metric could be used to ascertain who has not been affected by the environment of corruption in these agencies? I don't think there is one.
