Your comments here are a pleasant surprise this morning! I noticed you were posting like crazy on VOAT last evening too! I've been here most of a day, it is feeling a lot like VOAT but with a different interface. Getting more comfy with the arrival of the "old gang" too!

I'm glad to see you here Six_Cents! Lots of the old gang arriving hourly! POAL is quickly taking the sting out of leaving VOAT for me. It feels so similar after being here a day and getting used to the differences. I'm sad to see VOAT go, but in retrospect puttitout is correct to discontinue it because he owns POAL too which is much more stable with a modernized user interface. I think VOAT/v/GreatAwakening was being held together with Band-Aids and bubble gum toward the end, scant resources to keep it going because of no funding.
Agree about Voat and the Band-Adis. Over there now attempting to post and comment and keep getting errors and extended lag time. Hopefully POAL will be much better as far as functionality. The system of commenting and posting does seems to be the same.
I'm still going to stay with VOAT until the bitter end - I ain't no quitter, but will swim over here permanently once I ride the USS Voat into the sea standing atop the screws giving her and honored salute...

Ya, this place is a lot like voat, which I like. Kinda like moving to a new neighborhood that's just up the street rom the old one. Friends are still close.
I dug out my snow shovel as soon as I got here. Crisp clear skies!
