Hooray for gluten free. We went GF six months ago when son seemed to develop celiac's. No formal test yet, but his aunt has it, so it's a good bet. It's kind of a pain and miss going to restaurants, but on the upside, we sure are eating healthier now. Fresh ingredients and made from scratch! YUM!!

People are slowly trickling in, so we'll probably see Qdini eventually.

funny how i can only eat gluten free now. i changed my eating habits about a year ago, what a difference! i eat veggie pasta sometimes, soooo good. buy from trader joes. salad everyday for lunch, lots of yogurt. no sugar basically.

Don't know if you had to go gf or just wanted to, but my reading about it says that when you go gf, you get even more sensitive to gluten.

Our sugar is cut (although, not eliminated) by default of the new menu. Lots of fresh veggies and fruits. Sauces and things we used to get pre-fab, we make from simple healthier ingredients. Feels good to not consume all the chemicals. A weak spot is still getting boxed mac and cheese, only the gf version, now.

Cleaning up the diet does make a world of difference!
