It goes the other way, too. Regret rape is when a chick regrets fucking a dude, or her boyfriend finds out what she did, and she screams "rape because she was drunk". I see a muzzie was accused of rape, in MI, so courts let him off. However, the whole idea that inebriated chicks can fuck a dude, willingly, then destroy the dude the next day because she says she was drunk is not justice. There would be no way to defend against this sort of accusation. No way to know, or demonstrate, how drunk she was or wasn't when they fucked. College kids all over the country routinely get drunk and fuck. This happens literally thousands (tens, maybe even hundreds) of times every weekend. All it takes is a little regret and you can be destroyed forever by the accusation alone. That's not justice.
