Where I lived growing up, you could get a moped permit at 14 and ride the local roads. Was awesome. Everyone had a moped.

Also legal where I grew up, but I never had one as a kid. Had an opportunity to pick one up this year managed to go about 2 months before I blew it up. Currently starter is busted I really need to pull it off and clean it.
