Yea, I thought this would be a difficult project because each job board would have different DOMs. But no, they seem to share the same tags, class names and structure. It made the project simple once I did the first one.

I started with Indeed, then Monster and simply hired. Heck, I'm going to forge on to other sites too. Why not?

I imagine a lot of them have slowly migrated to a similar codebase over the years. They all seem to be the same thing with different skins now.

Some of them most certainly do - for example, Ohio Means Jobs is just Monster with a cardinal on it. Sucks just as bad as Monster because you get the same indians on both. I believe PA just uses Indeed straight up for their job system.

Maybe give Texas (workintexas.com) gov a try too if you are looking to add difference. They are one of the states that I believe uses a non standard job board.
