So it's a homebrew game? If it's freely distributed (rom file), I don't see a problem with using Poal name and logos (Paul and the Paw).

Of course it's going to be freely distributed, ideally it ends up in aliexpress default romsets provided with their 50 bucks emulator filled consoles lol

Putting the source public would also be a funny I think, so randos can hack it easily and changes the graphics/propaganda within...

But first things first; first I do the thing until the end, it's going to take months, and once it's working, like it's a real game complete, then figuring out diffusion of binaries (and source ideally)... And I'll get back to you for that.
