There's this guy at my job. You could give him a dialog box with one "OK" button and tell him he's gotta click the OK button. He will struggle and cuss at the computer for 20 minutes before he manages to click the OK button. Very good with mechanical things, but absolutely struggles with anything computer. We've become good friends over the last 7 years or so.
There's this other guy at my job. You could lock him into a very narrow course of actions to be performed to complete a task, and he'll still find a way to break it somehow.
I've enlisted these two dudes into trying out any software I have to release for use on the production floor before pulling the trigger.
