I love how our company things they're saving money by offloading our local Exchange to Microsoft's "cloud" Exchange. Now we have to wait 30 minutes for an attachment I emailed to the guy in the next office to show up. If that happens just once a week to the 4,000 people in the company that's an average 104,000 wasted man-hours every year. At the average pay/benefits rate that costs the company about $6.2 million. I hope they saved a lot of money outsourcing.
