Corporate "leadership" has been a game of survival of the most retarded for so long now that it's actually gone Full Retard. It's not just in software development, it's all around us, all of us. I drive a fork lift now and will spend my money on a welding certification, then a diving cert, and finally combine both skills. During which time, I'll also start to work on my CDL.
