Nice, that how I started. Too bad i'm skinny and cant get some fat. Heh I have to make my muscles out of my bones lol

Start eating large meals. I lost weight by working out daily and eating around 6k calories a day when most of my stuff hit the 200 lbs mark. Like I would take boneless skinless chicken breasts "2lbs" and a large box of brown rice and 2 family size cans of cream of mushroom soup and make a huge casserole. That was lunch and dinner. I also found working out hard you don't shit a lot because you body actually uses everything you put into it that is nutritious. Funny thing was beer didn't get me that drunk as when I was fat. I guess all the muscle uses it as energy also. Weed was mandatory to keep my musles from cramping up at night and to allow me to workout daily often times high since I wouldn't get a muscle spasm during a heavy lift. Now trust me don't bulk up with big muscle, your feet are going to take all the punishment carrying that bulk everywhere and they will hurt. I recommend doing like 15 rep of a moderate weight for many sets and just keep doing it till failure. It'll give you the muscles the women find visually appealing and keep your calories around 4K mostly protein. You don't need to keep you fat intake down but keep oils down like canola since they are not as good for the body as real animal fat that it uses for many metabolic processes to keep you healthy, it's an evolutionary thing. I would not do carb drinks, just make you fat and meat will make you strong. I look at it this way, cows and pigs eat carbs all the time and leopards and cougars eat protein, so which one is more impressive.
