Leopards ofcourse, thats an impressive way of saying it. And thanks for all this information I wasn't expecting it. But to be honest I'm not really into bulking up, just getting a bit more muscular, oh I think sleep also has a big effect on muscle growth right?

I was reading years ago the big bodybuilders take naps and sleep 10hrs + at night. Muscle healing takes place most when you're asleep and that's where you get your best growth.
