It's because easy access to infanticide dramatically increases the sexual market value of women (hoes) without needing to invest into virtue, wisdom, and the gym. The male equivalent would be giving guys million dollar trust funds...which they can only spend on single moms. It spawns single issue voters because it gives immense power to otherwise worthless people.
