As a parent YOU are the one responsible for what your kids see and do online. Don't ever give up more control to the government. This, like all government acts/laws/programs will be abused to do things far outside the scope of what they claim.

I hate that I agree with the EFF and with saying no to what is ostensibly labeled as safety for children. Feels weird on both parts but I know it's right.

Yeah.. Though, every single time a politician says "think of the children" and its not about making a law for the death penalty for pedos.. you know they are lying to you and trying to pull something past you.
