Anybody actually read the article? They keep no logs and have never handed customer data to law enforcement nor have they ever been served a warrant or court order of any kind.
They simply say that IF they were given a warrant they would have to comply, and the only information they’d have available to hand over is payment information and login email addresses, no ability to hand over browser data.
The only thing law enforcement could use against you is that you one time subscribed to a VPN. They couldn’t even tell if or how frequently you used it, let alone what sites you visited or what you said.
