Change the information to something that you can't verify again. There are temporary email and SMS sites, these are the two I use:
I'll usually set all verification features to a site on, answering security questions with random hit-the-keyboard garbage, and turning on 2-factor auth with a temporary SMS number. If you need an address, use some address in another state, like a parking garage in New York City or something.
Note that when dealing with sites where you entered an address, like eBay, go through all options and change the address as they automagically populate ship-to and ship-from addresses with whatever you entered.
