Well first of all, the left-right dichotomy is a farce. All "right wing" even means is anything outside of the leftist cult orthodoxy. So it wouldn't really be surprising if so called right wing violence was more common.
What is surprising, is that even lumping all outsiders together, leftists still have to lie to make this claim. The reality is that leftists have killed more people than all other ideologies combined since the 20th century. Ever since political violence could even be discerned from religious violence, it has been a primarily left wing problem.
