The way i figure it it will be just as effective and much less costly to have loosely affiliated guerilla teams field and launch a handful of drones land,sea, air based than to have super sonic fighter jets try to incursion behind enemy lines to launch few comparatively limited capability and expensive missiles. None of the conventional platforms can deny access to these small autonomous weapons.
