Two words ; affirmative action. Many companies have a couple of go-to guys and a bunch of chimps. The thing about chimps is: they can be trained to do a simple job over and over. But try to get them to shift gears and start thinking and you will become very frustrated. Once they learn a single task, they rebel against learning a new one or a better way of doing the old one. Chimps are not know for their precision. Any job they do is a foot race to hurry and get it done to show it off. They try to spell phonetically and numbers are way out of their comprehension. I have low expectations of them so I opine the calendar was make work for a chimp.
