I thought it was a pretty good article.

They're buying time, making excuses to hide what is happening. The Chinese ships will never be allowed to unload their cargo, IMO.

They interfered with the election and are not allowed to trade so the shortages of these particular products will be permanent.

Trump signed an EO that "Biden" just renewed for another year pertaining to this.
