The right to petition your government for redress of grievances shall not be infringed. Local election riggers kicked them out of polling places and covered the windows to avoid hearing their cases. State courts collaborated with riggers and refused to hear cases. SCOTUS refused to hear cases. Congress refused to hear petitions the easy way. These American citizens were systematically denied their right to petition their government for redress of grievances. Every member of Congress who left the capitol building and thereby denied the right for the petition to be heard is guilty of deprivation of rights under color of law. The petitioners did nothing wrong.
