They blithely ignore the section below that states "This section does not apply to a person under 18 years of age..."

It's been up for around nine months with no correction.

Most people are stupid and misinformed so the author is a faggot who misleads. They even say at the very bottom that they the whole article is wrong but didnt change the verdict.
