They seem to not be aware that they have separate circuitry in their head for losing and winning. And judging by a bunch of the responses, they have been practicing loser think A LOT. We need to do some of the following: * Support even marginal leadership potential and see how far it goes. It's a numbers game, you have to sift a lot of dirt before you find a bit of gold. * Keep on building our leadership infrastructure. First we need 100 potential candidates, then a 1000 then 10 000. It's simple: they can take one leader out, they cannot take out 10 000. Right now they are taking us out using propaganda, there will come a time soon where they will be taking us out in the silence of the night and then with rifles. * We need to keep on building the skill stacks of our people so they can itemize and contextualize the battlefield and act appropriately. What I perplexing to me is why it is so fucking easy to teach this to women and unbelievably hard to teach this to men. I suspect it might have to do with the evolutionary need for your soldiers, that are about to die a gruesome death, to have unmovable frames of mind otherwise you would never be able to even get to a battle.
