Are you fucking kidding me? Can't even walk up a flight of stairs. Just for a second imagine what the uproar would be if Trump had done this? Don't really have to imagine. There was that steel ramp at the graduation where Trump put his hand on the guy for support going down the ramp so he didn't fall. He was railed left and right. Biden has a damn handrail and using stairs and still can't manage it. Kind of a metaphor for his presidency so far.

Just my observation: It could be foreshortening due to the lens but those steps look very steep.

Also, what I'm seeing here is a man who is aging fast and just couldn't lift his legs up high enough and he's taking the stairs way too fast to put on a show.

I watched my Grandpa at 93 start to go into a decline. At around 90 he got an inner ear infection and lost his sense of balance and had to use a wheelchair for a time. Before that he was always very spry. He recovered from the ear infection and was again walking fine but about three years later he started that old man shuffle. Grandma was the first to comment and she was very upset as we've all seen this shuffle and know it's one of the first signs of a rapidly declining health. The motor skills for walking are first affected.

Later on he had to take stairs much more slowly to make sure he was lifting his feet up high enough.

So, that's what I think we are seeing here. Old man shuffle starting and he's taking those steps way too fast for his declining coordination.
