So no, the courts didn't reject shit except cases over bullshit procedural grounds. But I have to take a break from people being willfully ignorant in an attempt to defend a system that they are psychologically-dependent on functioning. Like cult members, they will refuse to hear/see any and all evidence that the system they need is corrupt and broken.
