Back around the mid 1980's, some young self-declared anarchist/punk detonated a ied/ pipe bomb inside the foyer of the GCSB national surveillance records computer center at Wellington NZ, blew himself completely to bits and knocked out the front reinforced windows - All in all totally ineffective, complete fail and entirely unremarkable in history except for a message he spray painted on the nearby public toilet wall - ''' 'We have maintained a silence closely resembling stupidity ... ACAB'

Personally, i would have just sprayed the graffiti, lol . Edit: Here's a newspaper photo (rnz.co.nz) of the damage from the outside, kek ... big boom boom.
