stadiums are built with tax subsidies because a sports franchise and large venue brings a ton of tax revenue to the city, not just the stadium itself but the surrounding area - restaurants, hotels, etc. large corporations shop for similar deals when they are looking to build a new distribution center or hub.

Never watched sportshit, always thought it was boring and pointless, the normalfags always seemed hyped which made me feel like we're not the same species. Playing sports yourself for fun with buds is cool though.
