I've already explained that. The meme attempts to make the claim that (((China))) is some morally clean, culturally wealthy nation and America, because of less than 2% of the population, is somehow representative of faggotry. The meme is simply pushing jewish lies and subversion, it's trash.
Comedy is tragedy laughed about. That is what memes are. Sometimes the tragedy is how the meme got it wrong, and we can still laugh at that too.

No it makes the claim that even the degenerate women pro communists in China look down upon the US government. That was the funny part of it.
Who gives a fuck if some bugpeople look down on anything else? They rape, murder and torture animals and children at rates not seen anywhere in the US. They eat animals they've just tortured, they eat children they've just murdered, they eat aborted fetuses, they have a higher incidence of trannyfaggotry than the US and it's not close.
