Repealing the 19th now would be retarded and counterproductive as long as there are 140 million + non-Whites in the country. The majority of White women lean right-wing and vote that way. 99.9% of all non-Whites vote leftist and always have.
All repealing the 19th would do NOW without first removing all non-Whites is give more proportional voting power to non-Whites.
