Just got back from my honeymoon. Whilst there, Mrs. Ninja and myself met a couple at the pool bar.
These people are from Chicago. Grew up there. With no prompting from either of us, proceed to tell us how much they hate Chicago and Dems.
On the flight back, some single white woman sits with us. Without prompting, woman and I get in conversation where she starts going off on Dems and especially Chicago, Beetlejuice, etc. Says last two elections were obviously stolen. Says she has lots of military and some CIA contacts. Says friend in CIA used to be a good person before going to agency. Says she can’t believe that other people don’t see what’s going on right in front of our eyes. We were mutually heartened to see that normal people DO, in fact, see what’s going on. Says there is element of military watching closely who will “do something” if need be. I reply “well they better hurry then.”
Proceeds to start talking about how terrible China is and how they’ve bribed or blackmailed most of our government.
Was she “based” to the extent that it meets Poal’s definition? Couldn’t tell, but guessing not. However, recognizing the problem and wanting it fixed is where things must begin. All three of these people grew up in a very different setting than myself and Mrs. Ninja here in Texas. And yet, they are at least awakened to the extent that they notice the bullshit.
So yeah, just anecdotal, but still good to hear from people outside of my little protected enclave in Texas. I really believe most people see the truth from the lies. Media is just working overtime to make the average American believe they are in the minority. But I don’t believe it’s the actual state of affairs.
