Definitely generated by the jews at Termite Terrace. They were funny, but they were also subversive jews, just like Mel Brooks and Norman Lear (All in the Family).

The difference is that Looney Tunes was more generically madcap and wacky (aside from Bugs cross dressing and the WWII propaganda), while Lear and Brooks always had a direct and vile purpose for each of their works.

Coincidentally, prior to Disney losing control of his studio for the (((war effort))), his shorts and features were virtually free of external propaganda and reflected his own views pretty seamlessly.
