You'd think the artist would have actually read Revelation 6. Pestilence is not its own rider, and the horses aren't even the right colors.
The horses are:
White Horse - The Crowned Conqueror (Rev 6:1)
Red Horse - (Often called War) - the one who takes away peace. (6:2)
Black Horse - Poverty / famine. (6:5)
Pale Horse - Death. (6:7)
