Sam Harris hurts my brain. He started off great with the "End of Faith" where the premise is that "there are no moderate Muslims" but he must have entered into a homosexual relationship with Obama at some point because he kinda went down hill.
I won't blame if you if decided not to listen to all or any of this, but in the podcast he keeps weirdly trying to connect white supremacy to Trump and asserting that white supremacists are emboldened by Trump. He usually probes his interviewees with follow-up questions whenever they make unsubstantiated claims, but I guess this conclusion is just self-evident.
Meanwhile, the interviewee in this podcast basically wants to say everything in American history is 'white power' because muh systematic oppression and Timothy McVeigh was definitely a white supremacist. Oh, and white separatists are also bad because after the creation of a white homeland they are planning to take over the world.
Nonetheless, the history they discuss, even in the anti-white lens through which they view it, is fascinating to hear about.
