Come on boys. Am I the first one to think this up? Nah, I can’t be!

Sure you’re gonna have to setup a rewrite in Apache/nginx for a bit but it’s way better looking that reddit crap!

I did think of this on day 2 actually and I decided subpoal was better than poalverse or anything else I could come up with so I stuck with s

Makes sense ... but even with sub Poal you can still use :-P haha

Seemed very full of your self to do it that way and we use nginx, so yeah I could do a rewrite but I really don't see the need at this point everyone is used to s so it could be annoying to users, honestly I don't even think I'd have to use a rewrite rule the letter is configurable.

Wasn't there some technical reason why "p" was off-limits? Or am I misremembering... something that "p" was reserved for internal to throat?

I’m just throwing out what I see. It’s a habit from work.

I should check out the repo. Is the code on github?

I just mentioned the rewrite rule in case some people have hard linked a post/comment.

I get your reasoning, but many of us are already accustomed to /s/. Cheers.

User input! This is most important. People speaking up and then going with a consensus is normally a good method to follow.

If this was Voat, people would be sucking Putts dick because he knows best. Nah, not really.

I like it. Instead of s for sub it'd be p for pub.

The "s" stands for subpoals. At least to me.

I just heard that. But S seems so Reddit.
