It has nothing to do with the SSL.

You have to block the subdomains ( www.)

Could domain blocking automatically block the www subdomain?

No. Because some domains are serving different websites depending on the subdomains. It just an extra click for you.

It’s not a huge deal though. Most links don’t use the www subdomain. I’ll just wait for the domain whitelist feature to drop and stop complaining.
