Try blocking in times.com and I bet you’ll get the same result. All results will disappear except this one.

It has nothing to do with the SSL.

You have to block the subdomains ( www.)

Could domain blocking automatically block the www subdomain?

Yes but when a link doesn’t use ssl the domain blocking doesn’t seem to work on it.
