Fixed Uploading image to a comment - The added image to upload is displayed at full size - if the image is taller than the display, the 'Upload' button is out of view and cannot be clicked

Tried to upload a tall image and had to zoom the page out to get the upload overlay to fit on the screen so the 'Upload' button would be visible and clickable.

Can the added image to be uploaded to your comment be scaled down so the whole overlay is always visible, have the upload overlay scroll, or place the 'Upload' button/uploading message at the top of the overlay instead of at the bottom please?
