If you experience issues (disconnections, glitches, can't read encrypted messages..) with your Element app client (web version is fine) you'll have to:

  1. if you haven't saved your security key, do it in your account settings > Security & Privacy.

  2. once done, clear Element app caches

  3. log out

  4. install the latest version (from Element.io)

  5. log back in while making sure the homeserver is set to chat.poal.co.

  6. verify your account (with your security key) or another account that is already logged in on another device.
