Usually when I click on a post title it opens a new tab to show me the content. I close the tab when I am done and go back to where I left off. Today it is opening links in the same tab and when I go back it takes me to some random spot in the feed and I have to go scrolling around to find where I was.

Not fixed on my end even after a reboot.

Make sure the option is checked in your user preferences.
