Update All direct image links in linkposts will now be automatically mirrored on Poal's image server as a fallback when the source is down, unaccessible or the image has been deleted.

It was only active for pic8 image links.

Support for multiple images upload (album) will be rolled out later.

You’ll get a red message on top of the expando when the source isn’t accessible and it falls back to Poal mirror.

Nice, although my issue is that usually catbox won’t open on my phone, so I guess I’ll have to wait for them to fuck up at their end before I get the expando. Still a significant upgrade to poal though, and much appreciated.
