The trouble with searching for a video by duration has returned, but worse than before.
Example:
University of Waterloo discriminating against straight White males in federally-funded job posting. [9:02] https://poal.co/s/antiwhite/719646
This video has [9:02] in its title.
Searching for "[9:02]" results in the colon being replaced with %3A in the search url and returns no results.
&q=[9%3A02]
Interestingly, I used to be able to replace the %3A in the search url with a : and the search would find the video properly, but now it doesn't even find it with the correct : character in the search query.
I also tried removing the brackets and searching for just "9:02" and still received zero results with or without correcting the %3A to a : character.
Cannot currently find posts for videos by the duration in the post title.
I attempted to find this video, but was unable to find it by the duration and had to search for it by title and hope the post was titled as I recalled it being titled:
All rocks are my friends [0:15] https://poal.co/s/politicalhumor/606148
Searching for [0:15]
or 0:15
returns no results with or without replacing the %3A with a : character in the url.
EDIT: Searching for images by dimensions still works properly with or without the brackets around the dimensions, but queries for image dimensions do not involve a colon character.
I escaped colon and semicolon characters in the regex but it seems to be causing issues with some search queries.
Should be working now.
Thanks for the ping.
Thanks for fixing it! Searching results by duration is working great now!
