Fixed Custom CSS does not work when you go to the post link (click on the comment button)

If I go to /s/docker and use the post contents dropdown the css is fine https://pic8.co/sh/4Dk29t.png

But if I go to the post link the styling is gone https://pic8.co/sh/X1BTWm.png

The css is fine on the main page of every sub. BUT. If you go into any of the posts the css stops working. You should be able to see the background image behind the comment chains of these subs. /s/Android comments should be slightly transparent
