The video starts at the requested time when played on rumble. When played within POAL, the start time parameter is being ignored.

I just updated the expando to force the embed player to start at the defined start time, it works now, but it seems to be ignored by some versions of Webkit browsers.

Let me know if it works for you or not, and what browsers/versions you're using.

Gotta figure out why some Webkit based browsers don't want to start at a defined time.
