The current Warrant Canary looks like it is a copy of the Phuks canary and has never been updated with the Poal name and it lists a date (Friday, April 27, 2018) from prior to Poal really existing. In my opinion Poal.co does not have a valid warrant canary at this moment.

Considering the situations on those other sites that led us all here, i think updating the canary with a date after the first post on Poal and updating it with the Poal.co name should be a priority.

Then, if at some point in the future they ARE issued a warrant and gag order, they simply go and remove the original post.

Couldn't a gag order prevent the admin from removing the canary? Or at least maybe in some countries? I've heard that, but I don't know for sure. Anyway, that's why some people advocate for a canary with regular updates so that we users would be on lookout for the lack of canary update rather than its removal.
